Välj delmoment

Huvudämnet för Microtrainingen delas upp i delar, en för varje enskild session. Föreställ dig att du är en av deltagarna och känn efter vad du tror hinns med på ett tillfälle. Delmomenten kan väljas av dig eller bestämmas på introduktionen (första sessionen). Fördelen med det senare alternativet är att det engagerar deltagarna. Exempel på uppdelning av ett huvudämne:

Det är ibland nödvändigt att utvärdera resultaten av Microtraining. Vid utvärdering av Microtraining är det viktigt att i förväg formulera mål, förväntningar och indikatorer. Manualen hittar ni här.

Var noga med att hålla dig till endast ett delmoment per session. Om ett ämne är för omfattande för att ni ska hinna diskutera det på 10 minuter ska du dela upp det i mindre bitar.
