Because the company\'s main environmental problem has to do with managing toxic dumps such as oils and detergents, the necessity to improve its environmental management systems, in particular its waste management system, has been identified. The people who will be able to learn from this module will be the people responsible for Production, Safety and Environment.</p>\n<p>The Director of the Production planning, Safety and Environment area has expressed his ambition to focus on the following topics, based on an evaluation of the company\'s needs:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increasing the segregation of waste</li>\n<li>Sharing experiences with other partners and increase internal communication regarding environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The lack of a correct process and consensus in relation to the segregation of waste material has persuaded the director of Production planning, Safety and Environment area to focus the sessions on these topics and on the overall production system to improve the company?s environmental management system. &nbsp;</p>\n<h2>How was Microtraining applied?</h2>\n<p>The trainer has used brainstorming sessions to increase the communication between the participants and establish the needs and objectives of the group. He has used PowerPoint slides and graphics to develop a SWOT analysis.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction: Presentation of Microtraining Project.
