Probably the training lacked the right planning for the topics that had been selected, the number of participants and the number of sessions.</p>\n<p>The participants and the trainer recognized that the Microtraining is a good methodology because is an innovative and creative training system that makes it possible to realize improvements in a short time. Often, time proved to be a main barrier to realizing change in the company.
