Evaluating the results of Microtraining

Sometimes it is necessary to evaluate the results of Microtraining. To be able to evaluate Microtraining, it is important to determine the objectives, expectations and indicators in advance. The evaluation of the results consists of three phases:

 

Determining the prior situation

  • Interview with the manager
  • Expectations and ideas of participants

Arriving at commitments during the closing session

  • Evaluation by the participants
  • Determining activities
  • Setting up a monitoring plan
  • Measuring the results of the activities

Monitoring the effectiveness after the sessions

  • Monitoring the activities
  • Assessing the results
