¿Cómo Empezar?

 

Elija el tema principal

Puede organizar sesiones de Microtraining:

  • Para ofrecer a los participantes la ocasión de compartir sus ideas.
  • Para crear conciencia sobre un tema determinado.
  • Para discutir cuestiones cuya solución está a su alcance.
  • Para mejorar el entorno de trabajo.
  • etc.

Seleccione los sub-temas

El tema principal se divide en sub-temas, uno para cada sesión. Los sub-temas pueden ser elegidos por el formador de Microtraining y pueden ser discutidos durante la sesión de introducción, para implicar a los participantes.

Trate de cubrir sólo un sub-tema en cada sesión. Si el tema se vuelve demasiado extenso para discutirlo en 10 minutos, divídalo en partes más pequeñas. Póngase en la situación de los participantes y divida las sesiones en partes comprensibles.
